Barrie's Market Stats August 2021

Despite the seasonal slowdown in number of units sold in August, we still witnessed an extremely rapid turn over and strong prices above levels of 2020, both of them driven by severe lack of inventory and largely unfulfilled demand. Since December 2020 we are consistently below historical record lows as far as the number of homes for sale.
